When you sign an Advisery contract with Syntrinsic, the contract states our fee, whether it is an asset based percentage or a fixed dollar amount. That is what we are paid. We do not accept commissions, 12b-1 fees, trails or other revenues from investment managers. We do not accept any soft dollar fees. Quite simply, we are paid by our clients to provide investment advice.
